Feel each state of matter in your body. 

If you are tense and stressed your body feels tightly packed and rigid, similar to the particle arrangement of a solid. The forces of attraction are keeping those particles  vibrating about a fixed point. It is difficult to move freely.

Raise your energy. Try loosly shaking your body, breathe deeply and relax. Your body will flow and feel less rigid. It has now transformed into the the liquid particle arrangement.

If you are wanting to remain calm though, be careful not to raise your energy state too high. Gas particles move a high speed, whizzing around freely. Could make you hyper!!
